Betty was a beloved, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She dedicated her life to her family and home. She delighted in cooking recipes from her native country, the Philippines. Her passions included gardening and traveling. Betty’s love for traveling began when she met her husband of over 50 years, Ken, an Air Force Veteran. Upon his retirement they began their cross-country trek across the United States. Her favorite destinations were to Mount Rushmore, the Grand Canyon, Hawaii and visiting her children and their family in Georgia as well as her friends she met from military bases around the world.
We will miss Betty’s loving and generous spirit, but especially her warm smile that she shared so readily with all. We praise God for Betty’s beautiful family legacy as we love and miss her deeply and we will cherish her memory every day.
