A visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Billy will be laid to rest in Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South US Hwy 1, Rockledge, Florida.
