Bonnie Louise Boyer Clark was born November 28th 1947 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania to Annie (Olar) Boyer and George William Boyer, and went to join the ancestors on October 31st, 2023 at the age of 75.
Bonnie remained dedicated to her Indigenous identity, and served her people through the preservation of ceremonial lifeways. She cherished moments at the ocean and in her butterfly garden.
Having worked in a diverse number of fields, such as an executive assistant to Captain Michael Burke at Windjammer 'Barefoot' Cruises and the Cocoa Beach Police Department, Bonnie spent the majority of her employed years as an administrative assistant at major defense contractors- her most recently completed segment from which she retired after 19 years at Northrop Grumman where she organized the Native American Caucus.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, George William Boyer. She is survived by her mother Annie of Avon, Indiana, brother George Boyer Jr. of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, cousin, Roberta Provost of Norman, OK, and a host of friends who loved her dearly.
Bonnie is remembered by all who encountered her as bearing abundant love, immense kindness, deep humility, and generous compassion. She was a spiritual model for all who had the privilege of knowing her. It can unequivocally be stated that Bonnie Louise Boyer Clark was truly a special person, bearing many gifts she shared with the world.
