Bruce Welch was born in Rockledge, FL on April 30, 1960 and passed away in Melbourne, FL on March 20, 2011. Bruce’s family includes his wife of 28 years Pat, sons Jeremy (Brittani) and Jason, granddaughter Kaitlyn, father Wallace Welch, and siblings Linda (Barry) Seegraves, Susan (Mark) Shawver and Mike (Jenny) Welch as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Hall Welch.
Bruce worked for Florida Power & Light for 24 years and was a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local Union 1908. Bruce was a loving husband and father and his granddaughter Kaitlyn was the light of his life. He was a great friend to his brothers in the I.B.E.W., a wonderful brother and son, and will be missed more than words can say.
The viewing will take place on March 24 from 6:00-8:00 PM and the funeral will take place on March 25 at 10:00 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge where friends and family can come to say good-bye. In lieu of flowers a memorial gift may be made in Bruce’s name to the charity of your choice.
