Christiane "Christy" Herba passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2010 after a brief illness. She was a lover of life, and loved to see people smile. Christy is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Andrew Herba; her mother, Betty Cordell and stepfather, David Cordell of Fresno, CA; her sister, Maria Cordell Houser (Eric), also of Fresno, CA. In addition, Christy was beloved by her husband's family, John and Mary Jane Herba; Cathy Rossi (Mike) of Schenectady, NY; Laura Herba; Jack Herba (Sandy) of Wellington, FL. Calling hours are on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 7-9 p.m., with a funeral mass at Ascension Catholic Church on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 10:00. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Funeral Home.
