A native of Rockledge, Florida Christopher was born January 26, 1967. He was the son of the late Leland and Pauline Waterman. For many years Christopher was an educator for the Brevard County School Board.
Survivors include his sister: Tammie Rubinate of Barre, Vermont; his nephews: Matthew Farnham of Colchester, Vermont, Paul Winauski of Sevierville, Vermont, Joshua Winauski of West Burke, Vermont; and his niece: Stacie Winauski of Barre, Vermont.
