Dianna was born to Tommy and Lela Thompson. She was first born of 4 girls and was raised in Centerville, Ohio.
In 1972, the family moved to Cape Canaveral, Florida, where she later met and married Robert (Bob) Petro. The two of them lived in Cocoa Beach, where they started their family: Brian Keith and Justin Osler.
Diane loved the beach life; her boys were raised to love it too. She was involved in the boys' surfing, baseball, soccer, or whatever they were into at the time.
Dianna is survived by her sons, Brian and Justin, and sister Betty Rigby (Charlie).
A visitation for Dianna will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida. A memorial service to follow at 10:30 AM. A committal service at 11:30 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida.
