Doris loved to spend time with her family and sing Italian songs to her grandchildren. Her favorite pastime was spent in her gardens and cooking for her family in her kitchen. Doris and Gary drove to Gladwin, MI every summer from Florida, where she enjoyed watching all the birds in her bird baths and planting the most colorful flowers. She enjoyed traveling with her husband all over the world, such as Italy, Greece, Portugal and Bermuda. She was very wise and calming to everyone who knew her. She was a great big sister to all of her siblings. She was a problem solver to most that knew her and felt comfortable coming to her for advice.

Dear Watson family,
We are devastated about the passing of Doris. We loved her so much. She was a great friend to both of us. Will always have fond memories of our trip to Alaska 2 years ago.
With sympathy and prayers ,

Gary, My prayers and condolences are with you and your family. I can't begin to express the sadness I feel for all of you.
The memories of our pasts are the best years ever. Our block parties, trips to the West Coast , and of course the installation of mailboxes to your cot on the front lawn and your surprise trick or treater. Then who could forget you
asking for that unforgettable sandwich. It was Doris who gave us all the
brightness, sunshine, and happiness in those times.
Her life brought all of us a little closer to what it meant to have true and lasting friendship. God bless you all?
My love and prayers are with you all to today, and the days ahead. May her
wonderful love and memories help . She was the greatest.
Love. Bev
