HAPPY 82nd BIRTHDAY 🥳🎂🎉🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 

Today, is not easy, it’s the 2nd of everything without u! Today, u would have celebrated 82/years, but Allah must have needed u in his beautiful Heaven, where there is no pain, no sorrow, but beauty, joy and eternal pain free life.

U were full of so much life, and a heart to live, I knew u would be here for a long time. Despite your illness, u were cool with what was handed to u, but in the end, u were called home by Allah.  

I still ask myself, why is this beautiful soul, that smiled at everyone, and had a heart of Allah that loved everyone, is gone? To say I miss u, is an understatement, to say I have stopped crying, or feeling lost and empty at times is unreal. The relationship we had, no one but your wife Ro Ro will ever know, that is why my heart hurts so bad.

Today, I would have called to sing to u in my joyful noise voice, different versions of the birthday song, and u would laugh, be so ticked, but knew it was so much love behind it. 

Needless to say, today I sang u my crazy version of the birthday song because I know u can hear it in Heaven💚. Say hi to everyone for me, and enjoy your special day!🎉🎂🥳🎈🫂🙏🏻💚

For me, the greatest tree fell on Sunday, April 24, 2022, Feroze Khan (Sam). My honor to have loved him as an uncle/mentor. Friend, Brother, Confidant, Wisdom Teacher. The utmost highest regard n praise for his most magnificent, gracious, eloquent life. I treasured, loved n adored him. He had an enormous soul I will forever cherish. Blessings to his world, wife Roshan n son Imran. 🙏🏼💕🙏🏼💕lil sis!

He was so much sunshine and happiness. He was one of my biggest role models. He was more like a dad than an uncle. God received one of the best angels that day. You’ve impacted my life, for the rest of my life. I’m so glad to have known the selfless, caring uncle I knew. I’ll always look after Aunty Ro & Immy. Rest in peace, Uncle. Love you forever. 

My sympathy goes out to Sam's survivors.  I remember Sam very briefly at Dookhie nanee's residence, Rose Hall, Canje, when I was a student at St Patrick's Anglican school.

Wish I could be there to Honor your dad/husband. Buddy, as he preferred to be called, not Uncle Sam, was a pillar in the family. Your dad/husband was father, brother, uncle and wise elder to so many in the family. He was much of a man! PS- nobody could tell a funny story like your dad/husband. Oh, and he had a great sense of humour alright! Your dad/husband was always doing for people, and a lot of those people, myself included have been blessed by his kindness, and warmth, and I hold him close in my heart. Buddy, was an amazing person, and led a remarkable life. I feel so blessed that I got to know him better over the years! He will forever live in my heart! Love ~lil sis~ as he liked to call me!💕💕

Uncle Sam - we're all heartbroken you're gone, but we know you're in a better place and at peace. So many great memories - you were the only uncle to call every year like clockwork for Eid and I remember the last time I saw you, you told me to make sure I sing your favorite song at your funeral, no matter what anyone says...clearly you've never heard me sing haha; and your jokes and dry sense of humor were priceless. Z remembers well how when they all first came to the US how you stocked their fridge with all kinds of food and goodies. You will truly be missed ❤  Rest in peace uncle Sam.

Uncle Sam became a frequent visitor during which time his great sense of humor and the love of family shone through.
