Frederick Howard Dyke of Melbourne, Fl. Passed away on June 18, 2026. He was born on August 13, 1925 in Newark New Jersey to the late Henry August Dyke and Edna Margaret Anderson Dyke. He spent 20 years of his work life with the Space program as an engineer, after 20 years of service with the State of Florida as Probation Officer he retired. Frederick proudly served in the United States Navy for 3 years during World War ll as an Electronic Engineer. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Physics.
He was pre-deceased by his wife Rosemary Dyke of 70 years. He is survived by sons Stephen Frederick Dyke (Evelyn Figueroa Dyke) of Merritt Island, Fl. Son Robert Andrew Dyke (Carolyn Gardner Dyke) of Winter Haven, Fl. Also survived by grandchildren, Jeffery Anderson, Jason Dyke, Jillian Thomas and Andrew Dyke, great grandchildren Landon Thomas, Sophia Anderson, Mackenzie Anderson, Jordy Dyke and Jayce Dyke. As well as 2 nephews and a niece. Services will be held on August 22 at 11:30 am at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, located at 5950 S US Hwy 1, Rockledge, Fl. 32955
