Howard came to Brevard County in September of 1971 from Lynnfield PA, he worked and retired from the United States Army where he was a veteran of Vietnam.
Howard was a member of First Assembly of God, Cocoa, Disabled American Veterans, Vietnam Veterans of Brevard and Military Order of the Purple Heart.
Mr. Gentry leaves behind loving wife, Patricia Ann Gentry; daughters, Annette Gutierrez, Patty Gentry- Jones, Pam Watson and Debbie Gentry; sons, Howard Gentry Jr. and Paul Gentry; 16 grandchildren as well as 16 great- grandchildren.
A graveside service for Howard will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 11 AM at Florida Memorial Gardens 5950 South US Highway 1 Rockledge FL 32955 following a memorial service held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cocoa 1st Assembly of God, 3757 North Cocoa Blvd, Cocoa, FL 32926.
