He was born in Washington, D.C., on July 22, 1964. Jack was a graduate of the Florida Institute of Technology and worked on the Space Shuttle program for 24 years with Lockheed Martin and United Space Alliance. He was an avid photographer, amateur pilot, scuba diver, cyclist and martial artist. Jack was proud to be a Tennessee Squire.
He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to many and will be forever missed by his mother Martha Levine; his sister Lisbeth Levine (Scott Saef); his niece Rachel; and his nephew Jared. Jack is also survived by his girlfriend Cheryl Tucker.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015, at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial followed by the interment at Florida Memorial Gardens.
