He was a loving, son, husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 64 years: Catherine “Cathy” Huffman Barrett, a son: C. Scott Barrett, and two grandchildren, Heather Barrett, and Kyle Barrett.
He graduated from Graham High School in 1953 and was drafted in the United States Army, becoming an M.P. He married the love of his life, Cathy, on June 18, 1957. He retired from Pan Am/Johnson Controls.
He was loved by many.
A private family service will be held.
