Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Doris, his daughter Linda, and his oldest son, Jeff.
Jim and Doris married on July 21, 1950 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Jim enlisted in the Air Force in 1955 and was honorably discharged in 1959. He received a job offer from Technicolor at what is now the Kennedy Space Center and moved to FL in 1959. He worked there until he retired at the age of 65.
Jim is survived by his son, Gary, his wife Stephanie, and grandchildren Amber and Jason Fowler, Alexander (AJ) Battell, and great grandchildren, Farah, Reese, and Riley.
Jim was first and foremost a devoted husband and family man. He also loved to dance, eating out, and spending time with friends. He was a quiet honorable man believed in the handshake philosophy.
He will forever be loved and missed.
