

James was born in Alexander City, AL on July 11, 1945. He proudly served his country in the United States Army with the 82nd Airborne and has resided in Brevard County since 1959.
James retired as a supervisor at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station after 33 years of service. He was a member of the Church of Christ, the VFW and American Legion. James enjoyed traveling and camping in his RV. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he will be forever missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carolyn; his son, Joshua Mullican (Kelley); his daughters, Christy Watts and Jamie Sagorski (Pete); and his grandchildren, Montana Watts, Peter and Timothy Sagorski, Korey and Kenley Mullican.
There will be a visitation from 6-8pm on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 and a funeral service at 10 am on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL. Entombment will be at Florida Memorial Gardens.
