Janice was born October 30th 1935 to Elmer and June Small in Florence, Wisconsin.
Janice was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who's kindness, strength and devotion to her family touched all that knew her.
She is survived by her brother Darrell Small (Eileen), children Alexander (Lynn), Kimberly (Tommy), Kelly (Tony), and Christopher. Grandchildren Alexander (Laura), Kevin (Simran), Kristin (Taylor). Great grandchildren Alexander, Carlyn, Samuel, Madeline, and Eloise.
She is also survived by many niece's, nephews, extended family and Family friends.
Janice was preceded in death by husband Peter Romaine, parents Elmer and June Small, Brother Gary, sister Karen, sister Nancy and brother Gene.
Visitation will be held at Life Event Center At Florida Memorial, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955, US, on July 31, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location on July 31, 2026, at 1:30 pm.
