Joe Redmond was a new, but genuine  friend, introduced by his younger sister, Betty Redmond Moody. We all attended the same country where both Joe and I were baptized and later Betty became by Sunday School teacher. . Our friendship was real but all too brief. And he would walk a thousand miles not for a camel cigarette but for a friend in need. It will be by privilege to conduct his service which will be one of celebration and thanksgiving.
