Born in Brooklyn, New York, Joe came to Brevard in 2004. He was the owner of Water’s Edge Bait and Tackle & Café.
Joe is survived by his loving wife, Karen Volontis Wisneski; son, Joseph (Anna) Wisneski; daughter, Jennifer (Heath) Wolf; mother and step-father of Joseph and Jennifer, Linda Wisneski and Richard Olszewski; Joe also leaves behind his adoring companions, Bear and Moose.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 19 at 3pm at Water’s Edge Café, 300 Christopher Columbus Dr., Port Canaveral, FL 32920 - (321) 868-1929. Casual attire, please.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Joe's name be made to the National Cancer Society.
