My heart aches for your pain of lossing your precious son.
It was a blessing having him around us, being my son's best friend, he became part of our family, such a good influence and positive attitude.
He encouraged me when I was worried about my son Joel when he left home to be part of the Coast Guard like him.
He will be miss, but I know we will be with him again one day.
We will keep praying for your hurting heart. And we will always be family.♡

I did not get to meet Josh in person, but I feel like I know him and his family. My son, David Vollucci, was with Josh on the day the accident happened. They were very close the six months they were stationed in Cape Canaveral. I wish I could have been a part of the journey for Josh to go home. Please accept my deepest condolences. I pray your family can somehow make sense of this and find peace, love and healing. I believe he is up there looking down on everyone with that BEAUTIFUL SMILE he has and is happy and at peace. God bless you all. I am grateful that David got to know all of you and that you will be staying in touch. I hope to meet you when David comes home in the spring sometime. I also want to visit Josh.

I will always love you nephew . We will see each other someday . I miss the days when we use to play call of duty. I told your mom and my mom that that was a way you wanted to help me stay out the streets to stay home and play online with you. Thank you so much nephew you had a very good heart and I don't understand why this happen . I m not able to be there but I will when I get out from this place. Love you and will always miss you Joshua.

Josh, was one of the best young men I knew. His years of friendship with my son Malek, made him a part of our family. I cheered for him in football as loud as I cheered for my own son. I was so proud of him. He had a chunk of my heart. Him, Joel, and Malek.....always together. Always made me smile. I am so sorry for your loss... His smile will forever remain a part of my memories. His pride and strength will forever be embedded into our lives. Bless your family during this time..

My family is everything, my baby nephew and I share a special bond some people would even say we looked alike. One thing I’ve been meaning to tell him is that I was extremely proud of all his accomplishments “ So nephew you made me super happy and a proud uncle” I love you so much I remember taking care of you in diapers up to us hanging out together as teenagers/ adult. Another good memory that I had was me being able to take you on a motorcycle ride so I can’t really say we never got to ride together. I will always keep you in my heart. I love you forever!

He always made me laugh/smile. When he was younger he would always ask me to tie his blanket around his neck so he could run and jump all over the couches pretending to be a superhero 🦸🏽‍♂️. He was the absolute best little brother anyone could ever ask for. He will FOREVER be in my heart to infinity ♾ beep (;💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
