Lea, you were always a special and elegant lady. We have so many wonderful memories of our time together in Germany. I’ll never forget you holding up your last dollar and laughing when we shopped in Czechoslovakia. Thank you for all the lessons cooking bulgogi, egg rolls and all the great late night snacks you’d whip up after returning from the club. We were there for each other when the guys went to war, thank you! Those were scary times. We’re certain you were a mom to outshine us all. You had a special way with children and could calm the crankiest baby. What a charmer!!! God bless you.
Love, Ron and LaNette Gunderson

What a special and beautiful lady Lea was. While I have only known her for a short period of time, when we were together, it was as if we had been friends forever. She was truly a lovely person and no doubt, she will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her and most especially her loving husband, David, and her precious daughter, Sarah. Marty and I send our sincere condolences and wish we could be there tomorrow as dear Lea is laid to rest. She will be in our hearts forever. 💕

The first time I met Lea was when we went to breakfast, I was being introduced as Sara's boyfriend at the time. I remember once the ice was broken I made a funny fart noice with my mouth and Lea turned to David and slapped him thinking that David had farted at the table. Once Lea found out the truth everytime she had her friends or guests over she would laugh and ask me to make the noice whenever they bent down or over to pick something up, we would all laugh together. Miss you and will always love you Lea. Love your favorite Son in law.
