

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, the late Alfred B. Walker, Jr. She is survived by her two sons: Aaron Walker of Gainesville, Florida and Christian Walker of Largo, Florida; three brothers, Edward Curry (Beth), Steven Curry, and Michael Curry; seven sisters, Laverne Dudley, Robin Curry, Kathy Thomas (Terry), Sheila Hopkins, Renee Smith (Phillip), Valarie Goodloe (Terry), and Kellie Goatley (Keith). She was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Vinson. She is also survived by one brother-in-law, Wayne Walker, and one sister-in-law, Rhonda Walker.
Lisa graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky with a Master of Science Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. She retired in June 2021 from the Brevard County School District. Lisa was passionate regarding her profession and touched many lives.
Lisa loved being a wife and mother. She had a strong love for her family, especially her two sons. Lisa was known for her sense of humor and display of athletic ability.
Lisa had a secure faith in Jesus Christ. Her favorite scripture was Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct thy paths.”
Lisa will be greatly missed by family and friends!
A visitation for Lisa will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Lisa will be laid to rest in Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South US Hwy 1, Rockledge, Florida.
