Margaret Griffin Emrick, age 92, died in Melbourne, Florida. Mrs. Emrick was born in Henderson County, Kentucky and came to Brevard County in 1972 from Bellville, Illinois, where she had served as a civil service career with the United States Air Force.
She attended Protestant Services at Indian River Colony Club. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and had been a member of the Women's Golf Association at the Indian River Colony Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill who passed away in 2013. Survivors include her two stepsons, William Emrick of Gilbert, Arizona and Michael Emrick of Vancouver, Washington; a sister Eleanor Koon Hyatt of Burlington, North Carolina, four step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the Life Event Center At Florida Memorial, 5950 US HWY 1, Rockledge, Fl. 32955
