Margie Whitaker of Melbourne, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011. She was born May 15, 1924 in Middlesboro, KY. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Whitaker; sons, Phillip Jr. (Sherri), Matthew (Jane), James (Rhonda); grandchildren, Manessa, Marissa, Evan, RaeAnna, Ashlen; great-grandson, Jonathan; brother, Alva (Ann); as well as many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 28th, from 3:00-5:00 pm, funeral service from 5-6 pm at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South U.S. Hwy 1, Rockledge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margie's memory to your favorite charity.
