Pat worked as my paraprofessional for many years. Pat was compassionate, loving, and caring. She had the innate ability in knowing what a student needed emotionally as well as how to help that student learn to the best of their ability. She was tireless. She was on the bus helping students before, during, and assisting them on the bus home. She would then come back to the classroom and ask if there was anything she could help with. Ms Pat, as we all called her, looked for the best in everyone. She was a cherished friend, and a very special person. I will truly miss her. My thoughts go out to you all.
