I have such fond memories of Mike from when we lived in Plantation.  He was a wonderful guy, always lit up the room with his smile and humor. By chance I thought I’d google his name and heard of his passing. My sincerest condolences to you all. 

Worked with Mike for last 12 years and was always a pleasure to collaborate with.  I always looked forward to our conversations with his sense of humor, strong work ethic and the ability to always find a solution.  We started as colleagues, but became friends through out the years.  Will truly miss working with a man of his character.   Rest in peace, Mike.

Here I am with my father proudly holding Mike at about 10 weeks old.  Born 6 weeks premature, I watched him for 20 minutes a day for 15 days through glass in the hospital during the Christmas holidays until he reached 5 pounds. We were all so thrilled to take him home.

Here we are in Wayside, N.J. joined with my parents, Drs. Frank and Mildred Luca, my sister, Brenda and her children, Kim, Kari, and Kevin.  Mike, Maria and Vincent are in the back. I am behind Terri who is in front saluting.  Hi Terri!

Here is Victoria when she was around 3. She was "daddy's little girl".

My son, Mike and Mandy together!  She called him  her "night in shining armor".

Mike was an incredible mentor to me as a young woman in tech. I never was able to meet him in person, but can hear his voice and jokes as I walk down memory lane. Knowing how special Mike was to us, these photos reassure how special we all know he was to his family. Deepest condolences. Rest in peace, Professor Peluso. 

A consequence of our move to Florida was meeting Mike and Mandy for the first time. WOW. Incredible people. We knew Vinnie had a big brother he adored. However until we actually met him we were unaware of how special he was. Mike, we will miss you.

I remember running to the hospital when Mike was born. I was 17 and was so excited for my first nephew. He grew into being a wonderful husband and father. God bless the whole family in this sad Christmas time
