Mildred Plasner 87 of Satellite Beach passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014. She was born on September 16, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY. Mildred worked for many years as a real estate agent in Brevard County and went on to become the general manager of the Radisson Hotel in Satellite Beach. She was also active as a volunteer with Compassionate Friends and was a Brevard County Guardian Ad Litem, she served as past president of Temple Beth Sholom Sisterhood. Mildred was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her son Alan Plasner, her sister and best friend Ethel Sulkis, grandson Jason Plasner (Rainbow), great-grandson Aero Plasner and daughter-in-law Sandra Plasner. Mildred is preceded in death by her husband Milton “Bob” Plasner and her son Mark Robert Plasner.
There will be a graveside service held at 1pm on Wednesday, November 19 at Florida Memorial Gardens. Shiva will be observed at her home following. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Mark Plasner Library at Temple Beth Shalom.
