Ray J. Austin Jr.

Ray J. Austin, Jr. passed away June 7, 2015 in Palm Bay, FL. Born in Rockland, ME was the son of Mary Baudanza Austin and Ray J. Austin, Sr. He came to Brevard County in 2007 from Martinsburg, VA working as an AMTRAK Conductor. Ray was a member of the Marine Corp and American Legion.

He is survived in death by his 4 daughters; Raynette Austin of California, Sarah Waite of Springfield, VA, Amanda Austin of Holiday, FL, Brittany Austin of Temple Terrace, FL; 1 son Ray Austin III of California; 1 sister Mary Jo Catalfimo and brother-in-law, Dominic Catalfimo of Salem, NH; 1 uncle Salvatore Baudanza of Medford MA; and 1 aunt Fran Baudanza of Medford, MA; numerous cousins, and several nieces and nephews; deceased brother Glenn Austin of Fairfield, CT and deceased sister, Wanda Morano of Trumbull CT.

Calling hours on Sunday June 14, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm with a funeral service following at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge FL.

Interment will be Monday June 15, 2015 at 2pm at the Florida National Cemetery , 6502 SW 102 Avenue in Bushnell FL.
