Dear Floyd Family,
So sorry for the loss of Preacher Floyd. I can still see Bro. Floyd kneeling behind the pulpit during prayer time at prayer meeting on Wednesday nights. I am most grateful for the time when he came and shared the plan of salvation with me while we picking peas out of our garden. Thank you for the memories that your family left with us with the time we shared at Mt. Pleasant. I think of you often and you will all be in my prayers these next few days and forever. From one "Old Willingham Ram" I will never forget his Biology Class. I had often wondered what happened to Mr. Floyd and the boys. Having spent many days in Coco Beach and being so close to his home,I wish I could have seen him one more time. My God be with the Floyd family in this time of need

you were a great influence on my life along with mrs.floyd, have a good journey, you deserve to rest in peace, one vet to another.

Bobby and Steve, Debbie and I wanted both of you to know that we were thinking of you and "Preacher" Floyd. I still compare every preacher I've known to your Dad. All these old Willingham boys up hear are talking about your Dad's 5 question tests and grabbing them by the neck. He will be missed and please tell your Mother we said hello and maybe both of you can come up to the next Willingham/McEvoy reunion.

Dear Floyd Family,

I had Mr. Floyd in summer school one year back in 1964. I also met my husband in his class that summer and he married us a couple of years later. He was a gifted teacher and one of my favorites.

So very sorry for your loss but I KNOW he is rejoicing in heaven at this very moment and we shall see him again soon.

Dear Delia, Bobby & Stephen,
I was so sorry to hear from my brother Doyle, that Bro. Bob has completed his earthly ministry.  He is now in heaven preaching and praising to all the saints.  I know he's seen my Mother & Daddy and all the dear ones from Stone Creek Baptist.  What a good time they are having!  Bro. Bob married Bob & I back on June 11, 1960.  When we celebrated our 50th anniversary fond memories flooded in of Bob and you Delia, that directed the wedding.  I love you Delia, Bob &  boys and never forgot you.  Doyle always told me that Bob & Delia sent their greetings.  Delia, I know you will miss Bob, but I am praying for God's amazing comfort & peace as you say goodbye.  Bro. Bob Floyd will never be forgotten by the Kitchens Family.

My Dear Uncle Fulton,
    What great memories I have of you when I was a little girl, a teenager, and a grown married women . You were  such a wnderful Uncle.I have been so sad sense I heard of your passing. I loved you so much YOU were my favorite Uncle.I remember the times I spent at your house in Ga. as a little girl, also the many times you came to my house and did all the cooking , all my favroite things I loved to eat, like fried corn and collard greens.We use to laugh and tell good stories of mother and Aunt Mittie. I also know how you have suffered the past few years. You are in a beautiful and wonderful place with no pain and suffering now.
You were the last of my aunts and uncles to pass on my mothers side, as I write this I am crying because I will miss you, even through I did not see you as often as I would have liked I loved you so much.
My heart goes out to his sons and the whole family, Aunt Dilla you were Uncle Flutons rock and the joy of his life for 64 years, and may the memories of your   life togather comfort you at this time.
