Stanley (Stanislaus) Czuprynski was born in New Britain, CT and relocated to Palm Bay, FL in 1987 to enjoy his family that had moved to FL, along with the enjoyable weather. Stan was the last of 7 siblings to pass away. Three of his sisters Mary, Celia and Elaine moved to FL years earlier and this helped pull him and his wife Vickie to FL in 1978. His other sister Jean, and brothers Alexander and Chester resided in New Britain, Ct.
Stan always reminded everyone about his 3 years in the Air Force when he was 17 – 20 years of age. He was mostly in Quam and TX. He was a First Responder Firefighter in New Britain and retired from this life saving position before heading to FL.
In the late nineteen seventies two of Vickie’s sisters (Joan and Barbara) and their 5 children moved to West Palm Beach, FL. Uncle Pincher (Stan) enjoyed these nieces and nephews, especially when they were playing a card game called 13.
Today, Uncle Pincher and his niece, Cindy would be spotted around Palm Bay having lunch. His great niece Sasha was in musicals at local playhouses where Stan and Barb would enjoy seeing her perform, even though Stan was 91+.
November 2022 Stan became a “great” grandfather, Iro Czuprinski was born in Grand Rapids, MI. Nik and Breann Czuprinski were thrilled to be parents and welcome Iro into this world. Margie Czuprinski was delighted to be a grandmother.
In May 2017 his daughter Lynn and son-in-law Gary Finck relocated from AZ to Palm Bay to have fun adventures with “dad”. Their plan was to spoil him and start planning his 90ith Birthday Celebration in 2019.
Stanley was a wonderfully positive man with a keen sense of humor and compelling smile. To help you understand him better his favorite movies were Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Mama Mia! Additionally, while enjoying these movies (and other movies) “cookies” and “candy” were always on hand for consumption.
Not without tests of heart ache, he lost his youngest children, in 1994 his daughter Lauren tragically died in an auto accident in Palm Bay. In 2007 his wife, though younger then, would have medical problems that would have her pass away. His son Alan a retired Navy Corpsmen in 2008 would pass away at his home where he, Margie and Erik lived.
15 years ago (2008) about a year after his wife Vickie of over 50 years passed away, he found a friend and companion in Barbara Ashline. Both of their spouses had passed during the same time in 2007.
Though not to stop having fun in 2007 when he was 78, he flew to Singapore to be with his daughter Lynn and Gary. They were so excited to see him over Christmas they all went to Hong Kong on the 27th to have unique travel adventures. Stan had so much fun he returned to Singapore in 2008 for Christmas and after Christmas the three of them celebrated Boxing Day in Perth. Australia. His family traveling continued through 2017 with Barbara included, keeping up with Lynn and Gary in their work assignments in Dallas and Arizona. Of course, there were side trips with the kids (L & G) to Las Vegas, San Antonio.
Barbara Ashine and her wonderful children (6), 15 grandchildren and 16 “great” grandchildren created a busy, loving and fun environment for Stan with her family. Stan and Barbara attended many family weddings, birthday celebrations, showers (baby and bridal), and graduations. If there was not a planned event there would be pool parties at their place for any and all of the kids! Trips to Tampa Tommie’s and Tennessee Terry’s were nice adventures for Barb and Stan. Barb and Stan enjoyed a good movie and watching shows at home. Stan would step out one evening a week to play cards with the boys including Rick (who is Rick). Diane, Barbs' daughter, did spoil these two whenever she had the opportunity. Barb’s granddaughter Laura and her two children enjoyed hanging out with Barb and Stan and sharing a meal and awesome desserts made by Laura. Laura’s son Kenny shared a birthday with Stan. September was a bonding time for these two boys. These are just a few of the hundreds of interactions Stan and Barbara had with her family while they were together. Can’t list all the names …. but those of you who touched Stan’s heart know who you are. Thanks!
Stan’s water view apartment 2022-2023 on the 5th floor at Riverview Senior Resort was fun for him. He enjoyed saying hello to everyone and visiting Barbara on the 6th floor. He was active at Riverview, bingo, lunch trips, dancing and visits from family and friends.
He always was positive and had a smile to share with others. Stan was a generous person. Those in his family circle and Palm Bay circle of friends could usually expect some kind of generous act from Stan.
Smile again and again as Stan, Uncle Pincher is watching you. Peace and Love to All
