On Monday, November 4, 2019, Judge STANLEY WOLFMAN, beloved husband for fifty-three years to the late Marilyn R. Wolfman, and the loving Father of David (Tricia) and Nancy (Patrick) passed away. He served in the Army with a tour in Korea, reaching the rank of First LT before separating at the end of his commitment. Stanley earned both his undergrad and Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Miami. He started his law career in 1958 in Miami and in 1963 he moved to Brevard County to start his practice and raise a family. Stanley served as a Circuit Court Judge from 1980-1984, and served as Chief Judge within this period. He was an avid fan of all Florida Gator athletic teams and the Orlando Magic. Stanley was also a devoted fan of the Washington Nationals; seeing them win this year’s World Series.

It breaks my heart that this man who is loved so dearly by so many has left us. He leaves behind his cherished family whom he loved and always spoke of with pride and warm smiles.
Stanley was without a doubt, one of the kindest souls on this earth. I am forever grateful for his friendship and for always feeling a part of his family. He will be remembered fondly and with love.
God bless ,

My deepest condolences. I knew Stan from 1982 when I came to serve as a prosecuting attorney. Judge Wolfman was considered a courteous and wise circuit judge and it was a great loss when he returned to private practice. Over the years, whenever I had interactions with Stan in my capacity as a litigator, he was invariably courteous and a gentleman, all the while vigorously representing his client. He never demeaned me or disrespected me for vigorously representing my client. The fact that I am commenting on this should let you know how rare this was. My deepest condolences to all of you.
