William, age 50, was born in Rockledge and lived in Cocoa all of his life. He volunteered and served his country with honor and pride in the United States Army from 1983 to 1986. After service in the Army, he was employed at Sea Ray Boats for over 24 years. More recently, he was employed with a Defense contractor at TICO.
William is survived by his mother and father, Frances and Billy Anderson of Cocoa; sister, Ferell and partner Sherry of Palm Bay; sister, Debbie and husband Tracy of TN; nephew, Jason and wife Shelley, also of TN; a nephew and niece; his best four legged friend, a Boxer named Girlie; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, loved ones and friends.
William was a true 'Florida Country Boy' in every way. He loved his family and his dogs, country music, a good hog roast, deep fried turkeys, walking the flea market and outside activities such as fishing and hunting. He loved his Mom's cooking and working with his dad on cars. Like his Dad, William could fix anything. He loved to make people laugh; he enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest.
His passing is a tragic loss to his family and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A public viewing will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 at the American Burial and Cremation located at 1200 S. US 1, in Rockledge, FL on Tuesday, April 2nd and funeral service will be at 1:00. Interment will follow immediately at the Florida Memorial Gardens.
