Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her five children, eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Zenaida lived a good life nurtured by the love she brought to and shared with family and friends through her hospitality and delicious Filipino cuisine. Zenaida is survived by her son, Norman Hosan and daughters, Joan "Debbie" Gapud, Naida Nova, Narissa Long, and Nyra Grossman.
Zenaida, the youngest of five children, immigrated from Manila, Philippines in 1970 to Brooklyn, New York before moving to Cocoa, Florida in 1971 where she became involved in community and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church activities.
A viewing will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 28th, followed by a memorial service officiated by Father John Britto at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial located at 5950 South US Highway 1 in Rockledge, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Community Church.
