Alice Yohanne Green

Alice Y. Green, died March 5, 2014 in Lowell. She was born on March 22, 1935 in Schenectady, New York to the late John J. and Evelyn I. (Poulsen) Gallagher. She was the loving wife of the late John R. Green.

Alice was a member of St. Stephen’s Church in Bentonville. She enjoyed bowling, reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Mark Green and wife, June of Avoca; daughters, Debbie Coberly and husband, David of Lowell, and Karen Hudson of Lowell; sisters, Patricia Grizzle and Joyce Bishop, both of Jay, Oklahoma; granddaughters, Michael Ann Bross, Elisha Ott, Nichole Kearby, Sarah Hudson, and Jessica Walker; great granddaughters, Bailey and Sydney Bross and Alexia Ott.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Scott Green, brother, John and sister, Evelyn.

A funeral service will be held Monday, March 10, 2014 at 10:00am in St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, with burial to follow at Bentonville Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 until 4pm at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel.
