Alvina Faye Scheile

Alvina Faye Scheile- Alvina F. Scheile, 58, went home to be with our Lord on December 21st, 2021, at Mercy hospital. She was born April 1st, 1963, in Liverpool Ohio, the daughter of George L. and Alice Faye (Young) Carnes.

She received her GED and graduated from Arkansas Tech University, with a degree in computer engineering. She had 3 children and 10 grandchildren who were the most important part of her life. She spent the last 20 years of her life with her partner Christopher Bartles in Eureka Springs Arkansas. Alvina was an active member in her church, Faith Apostolic Church in Berryville Arkansas.

Alvina is survived by her partner; Christopher Bartles; her children; Jessica Childers, Joshua Scheile, and Julie Mcnamara; her grandchildern; Kristen, Kylee, Lance, Caden, Jillanne, Corbin, Lincoln, Koda, Ian and Holley. She’s also survived by 2 brothers; Mark and Mike Carnes; 3 sisters; Tina McKinney, Pam Garcia, and Georgia Stamper. She was predeceased by her father George L. Carnes and her mother Alice F. (Young) Carnes.

Alvina was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, baking, shopping, going to church, and reading. She was one of the most generous people and loved helping others in any way possible. She will be greatly missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on December 30th at The House of Prayer Church on Hudson Rd. Brother Steven Thrasher will officiate. Flowers, donations, and condolences may be sent to Rollins Funeral Home.
