To My Clark Family Cousins,

Aunt Barbara was someone special to have known. I can hear her laugh and recall her 'what the heck' attitude clear as a bell. She will always be someone to remember with the fondest of memories. I am sorry for your loss. Carmen

Linda, Betsy, Summer, Jessica, Matt, and grandchildren and great grandchildren,

I was so sorry to hear that Aunt Barbara had passed. I'm sick that the last time I talked to her was late last month to tell her that daddy died and I could hear in her voice that that really seemed to shake her.  When she first heard my voice on the phone she asked, "Who died?" since we all seem to talk when there's either a wedding or a death in the family. 

Your mom had a knack for being young and being "cool" her entire life. I learned a lot from her... about my own mom and dad since the four of them (with Uncle Jack) used to hang out together all the time when they were so young.  She approved of my son's name (Clark Elliot) but never did get to meet him. When I get back to Scottsdale, I'll scan some pictures I found of her, email them, and get them in the mail. I just wish I would have called more often. She's up there with the rest of the Clarks, and Elliotts and having a great time being in a much better place.

Your mom was a "hoot" and I so enjoyed those talks about everything and nothing all at the same time. She was  wonderful, caring, loving, and straight to the point! She will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Losing a mom is difficult, no matter how old you are, so If there is ANYTHING you need, give us a call.
