Betty Fern Davies, 90, of Rogers passed away Tuesday November 9, in Rogers, she was born April 26, 1931 in Russellville, Arkansas the daughter of Horace and Emma Rainwater Parker. Betty and her husband had owned and operated Davies Funeral Home in Batesville, Arkansas for many years, she loved playing the piano, helping out with many activities with the Assembly of God Church Organizations, what Betty enjoyed more than anything was cooking for her family and spending time with children and grandchildren.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Treman Middlebrooks and second husband John Davies who passed away November 10, 2001, four brothers and five sisters. She is survived by one son, Hal Middlebrooks of Viola, two daughters, Deborah Davies of Rogers, Krista and husband John David Dixon of Rogers, one sister Maxine Ferguson of Tacoma, Washington, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10:30 Friday, November 12 at New Hope Assembly of God Church in Rogers with Pastor James Longmate officiating.
