Peace and comfort in your time of sorrow. So glad I got to see her Mother’s Day weekend. She has always been a blessing in my life and was my second momma. She taught me so much through the years and I will miss our talks , her laughter, our prayers together and shedding of a few tears. Rest In Peace special lady. 💕

Love to all the family. Aunt Betty was always a faithful servant to the Lord Jesus. She was loving and kind I will miss her. When my Mama Jaunita passed away she would call and we would talk for hours she missed Mama so much. Some are soon forgotten but not the Bridges girls

So many cherished memories of a sweet aunt and kind soul. Always there with something to eat and cold water while we played. I liked her chocolate pie.
I remember after mom passed she called me frequently to make sure I was doing well. I will miss her.

My sister was my best friend. We were a group of seven children and then it was only she and I. We talked for hours just about every week and solved the world's problems and anybody else's that we thought was necessary. We grew up in a family that did not show a lot of affection and I am so thankful that we both overcame that and learned to Love, not just our own families but anyone that we knew.
We would always end our phone conversation with "I Love You." On one visit to see her I cooked Chicken Fajitas and Coconut Pie not knowing she had not ever had a Fajita before. She told me that I should hide the Coconut Pie from Ronny or he would eat both of them, so we did. They were both a big hit. For the past few years I would send my "Goodie Box" at Christmas filled with cookies, candy and cakes; she did have a sweet tooth. She would tell me her favorites and how much she enjoyed it.
My heart is breaking because I will not be able to attend or be with the family. I love you all.

My dear sister, Betty, will be missed.

With Love, Aunt Linda

I Will miss my sweet Aunt Betty. Especially all those talks she gave me after her my mama(her sister Mary ) died. Such a sweet lady who comforted me and loved on me. Sending my love and prayers to her children and grandchildren who loved and adored her. I wish I could be there in body but know I’m there in spirit.
