Bill Watkins

Bill was born October 28, 1948 in Lake Charles, LA to Sarah E (McBurney) Watkins and the late Henry E Watkins, Sr.

Bill loved music and his dream was to one day have enough free time to take up fishing, but his passions in life were the Lord and his family, in that order.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry, and one sister, Dora Gail Watkins.

Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Sharon Watkins of the home; one son, William Randall Watkins Jr. and his wife Julie of Cabot; two daughters, Ladora Michelle Durr and her husband James of Grand Rapids, MI, and Kimberly Norene Watkins of Springdale; one brother, Henry E Watkins Jr. of Lake Charles, LA; one sister, Donna G Everhart of Boise, ID; and four grandchildren, Brittany, Christi, James, and Brooklyn.

Services for Bill will be 10am Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at the Bible Missionary Church in Little Flock. Visitation will be the night before from 6-8pm in the Rollins Funeral Home Stateroom.
