

Calvin "Doil" Scruggs, of Little Flock, passed away July 5, 2016. He was born December 21,1924 in Jasper, Alabama to the late James Scruggs and Georgia Burgett Scruggs. He was the loving husband for 45 years to Betty Lou Scruggs, who survives. He owned Scruggs service stations in Lowell and Rogers and through his outgoing personality and honest work he developed a large and loyal clientele. He loved raising cattle, watching western movies, & traveling with Betty to the western United States collecting service station memorabilia. In addition to his parents, he is preceded by two brothers and one sister. Survivors include his children, Tommy Scruggs and his wife, Vicki of Rogers; Pam Hill and her husband, Paul of Bella Vista; Terri Howington and her husband, Tim of Rogers; Ret Miles of Rogers; his sister, Willabelle Miller of Shell Knob, Missouri; his brother Luther Scruggs of Springdale; three grandchildren, Tammy Todd, Kaleb Hill, Josh Howington; two great grandchildren, Ashton Todd and Chase Salley; two great great grandchildren, Pyper and Atticus Salley, and numerous nieces and nephews.
