Big was an incredible man who loved unconditionally. He treated me like family from the very moment I met him, he had a way of making you feel like you really were special, no matter your story. He loved and gave quietly and without wanting any recognition which is the purest kind of love. Observing him being a husband and father was truly a site to behold and I see him in his boys so much. I will miss running him out of the kitchen as he tried to sneak what was baked as it came out of the oven. We would only let him eat the "ugly leftovers" and he was more than happy to do so. I will miss his laugh and sense of humor. I will miss talking politics with him and getting Angela all riled up as we tagged team her (usually on purpose). I will miss him showing up at the "old people's" gym at 6:30 at night just in time for them to close at 7:00. I will miss annihilating him at pool, surprising both him and Angela! But most of all, I will miss him and the way that he adored my friend. I consider it an incredible honor to have known him, he could say more in a sentence than many can say in an entire conversation.
