Carolyn Marie Oussani

She was born on November 8, 1946, in Monterey, CA where she developed a love of the ocean. She loved being a Girl Scout as a child and camping in Big Sur with parents and 3 sisters. She later shared the love of Girl Scouts with her daughters to include becoming a Girl Scout leader to mold the lives of young ladies.

She was a proud graduate of Monterey High School and enjoyed reunions with friends.  She enjoyed spending time at the USO on Fort Ord where she volunteered during the Vietnam War. Carolyn was a dedicated pre-school teacher at Kinder Care who taught hundreds of young lives over the years.

Carolyn enjoyed spending time in fellowship at her local church and loved Jesus.  Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents her parents Leonard and Margaret Oussani, and sisters Gladys Scritchfield and Dorothy Fullmer.

She is survived by her sister Lenora Radar of Overland Park, KS, 4 children Kimberly Brand (Shawn) of Pea Ridge, AR, Cheryl Gensemer of Springfield, MO, Joe Aaron Stouffer (Monica) of O’Fallon, IL, Karl David Stouffer (Terra) of Bella Vista, AR and 1 stepdaughter Marce Stouffer of Chino Hills, CA. Carolyn also has 9 grandchildren Sara, Sasha, Alicia, Barry Matthew, Zach, Katie, Gabriel, Abigail, Konrad and many great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, 1409 Hudson Rd, Rogers AR from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday, August 29, 2026.  Following the visitation, Carolyn will be flown home to California to be laid to rest at Mission Memorial Park, in Seaside, CA.
