Dallan A. Brown, 77, passed away October 30, 2018 in Bentonville. He was born on December 13, 1940 in Tulare, California to the late Harvey and Louise (Talley) Brown. He was the loving husband of Ruth (Rinke) Brown for 54 years.
He owned Peggy’s Cleaners and Laundry in Fayetteville for a few years and was also a bi-vocational pastor for many years before retiring. Dallan enjoyed fishing with his friends and family. He was also an excellent wood worker and made rocking horses for all his grandchildren.
Dallan was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ronnie Brown.
He is survived by his wife; son, Don “Bubba” Brown and wife, Alicea of Bentonville; daughters, Donna Brown and Pam Brockman both of Kansas; sisters, Brenda Collins (Harold) of Augusta, Arkansas, Vikki Sellers of Judsonia, Arkansas, LaNell Fraser (Fred) of McCrory, Arkansas, Mary Majors (James) of Searcy, Arkansas and Paula Jones (William) of McCrory, Arkansas; brothers, Steve Brown (Gasha) of Benton and Billy Dean Brown (Cindy) of Jonesboro; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be on November 11, 2018 at 1pm in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, in Rogers.
