Survivors include husband, Noel Moore; mother, Gwendolyn Anthony; children, Angi Yeklchik of Bentonville, Eric Moore of Bella Vista, Tracy Moore of Jacksonville, Fla., and Becky Patterson also of Jacksonville; sisters, Sandy Buck, Judy Coble; grandchildren, Zac Moore, Holden Yeklchik, Jaida Moore, Conner Moore, Michael Moore, Matthew Moore, Melissa Crowley, Christina Zink, Jessica Turrentine; and great-grandchildren, Braiden Crowley, Garrett Crowley, Kylie Zink, Noah Zink, Abby Turrentine.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, AJ Hale, and her stepfather, James Anthony.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25 at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
