Butch was born January 7, 1946 in Nicut, OK to the late Earl Brown Sr. and Thelma Nellie Cline Brown.
Butch was a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas and was a member of Piney Point Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and fish and spent many hours with his guitar.
Survivors include his loving wife of almost 43 years, Shirley (Lindquist) Brown, of the home; one daughter, Lana Rodgers and her husband Craig of Piney Point; one son, Cody Brown and his wife Christin of Bentonville; two sisters, Ludy Todd of Tulsa and Murleen Rounds of Gentry; 10 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Services for Butch will be 11am Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Chuck Sackman officiating. Visitation will be Monday, February 14 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
