She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Kenneth Beaulieu and her loving daughter, Janice Sue "Susie" McEachern.
Juanita is survived by one daughter, Kenneta Taylor and husband, Bob of Rogers, AR; son-in-law, Carl McEachern of Bonham, TX; three grandchildren Ken McEachern and wife Sharon of Bonham, TX; Dena Corbino and husband, Doug of Bentonville, AR; Chad Rasmussen and wife, Destinie, of Bella Vista, AR and ten great grandchildren.
Services for Juanita will be 2pm Monday, May 2, 2011 at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers with burial to follow at Rogers City Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1pm the same day, prior to the start of the service.
