Erma Lee Weston

She was born June 28, 1924, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, to the late Roy and Lois Gaddy.

Erma was a former school teacher. She married Burrel Weston on April 23, 1947. She loved quilting, gardening, canning and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Garfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Burrel Weston; two brothers, Bob and Eugene Gaddy and two sisters, Lena Jo and Myrtle Marie Gaddy; and her grandson, Cpl. Kyle Weston Wilks.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Mudd and husband Terry of Rogers and Kathy Wilks and husband Randall of Rogers; one sister, Juanita Meeks of Liberty, MO; four grandchildren, Heather McCoy, Mindy Cawthon, Tara Shasteen and Makayla Wilks and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 26, 2010, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Rollins Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2010, at First Baptist Church of Garfield with Pastor Bennie Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Roller Ridge Cemetery in Gateway.

Pallbearers will be Adam Cawthon, Nathan McCoy, David Shasteen, Billy Smith, Matthew Meeks and Michael Kobylinski.
