Felix, better known as “the Bike Master”, was a very caring and generous man.
He is survived by his daughter Monique Ortiz of California; 3 brothers, Michael Ortiz of Rogers, Arthur Ortiz of California, and Robert Ortiz of California; 7 sisters, Rachel Anderson of Georgia, Eva Enck of Rogers, Loretta Best of Arizona, Dolores Ortiz, Irene Compos, Martha Ortiz, Romelia Valdez all of California; 3 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved companion, his dog Shorty, who will miss him dearly.
Memorial services will be on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11:00am at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, 700 Government Ave.
