A woman of steady faith and dignity, Frances found strength and community through her membership at Bentonville Wesleyan Nazarene Church.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, JB Purselley, and by her son, Jay Warren Purselley.
Frances is survived by her son, Carl Louis Purselley of Chipley, Florida, and her daughter, Maxine Faith Purselley Miller of Branson, Missouri; ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Wesleyan Nazarene Church, 505 NW 5th St, Bentonville, AR 72712, on October 31, 2026, from 1:15 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will follow at Wesleyan Nazarene Church, 505 NW 5th St, Bentonville, AR 72712, on October 31, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Frances will be laid to rest at Barrancas National Cemetery, in Pensacola, Florida on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
