Gary Lloyd Borchert

Gary Lloyd Borchert, 73, of Bella Vista passed away Tuesday, December 7, at Circle of Life Hospice Home at Legacy Village in Bentonville with his loving family around him. He was born April 13, 1948 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the son of Donald and Blanche Coe Borchert. Gary served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War between 1968 and 1973, he spent many years in radio working with many radio stations like KAMO, KJEM, KBRS, Gary enjoyed coin collecting and had many other numerous hobbies. He was member of and on Bentonville Community Church’s media team, he and Susan directed and coordinated a team to pray for the church ministry, he encouraged people and lifted their spirt when needed, more than anything he loved spending time with his family. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Dawn Chastain. He is survived by his wife Susan Cunningham Borchert of the home, one brother, George and wife Betty Borchert of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, one grandson Joshua Borchert of Bella Vista, one great grandson Grayson Moore of Fayetteville.
