Glenda graduated from San Jose Bible College Summa Cum Laude and then completed a Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern languages at UC Berkeley. She also received a BA in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena. She was active at her church in San Francisco, and was loved by friends and family. She worked as a computer program analyst for McKesson medical Supplies.
She is survived by 2 of her four siblings, Ronald Lisk of Roseville, CA and her sister Gloria Willett of Bella Vista, AR. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Kim Suelzle, April Walker, Heather Harvey, John Willett, Daniel Willett and Ryan Cowardin.
One thing that I love about Glenda is her generosity. One of my earliest memories of Glenda is that when we were kids she used to walk with me and my little brother to Piggly Wiggly and bought us each a toy that we picked out. Glenda always contributed to any need she heard about. She supported needy children in Africa, endangered animals, and lost animal rescue shelters. She was always there for any family member who had a need. She once gave a barefoot friend of hers the shoes off her own feet.
If you would like to contribute to a worthy cause in honor of Glenda, her needy children in Africa are in need of new sponsors.
